With a blast of fresh air comes Transylvania a band quite unlike anything that comes before it, genuinely from Transylvania (Romania), the band centres around the dual talents of Konstantin Zgomot and Vlad Damien whose deep roots in Transylvania bring together a brilliant show with full original visuals and video mixes.. You’ll hear a little of the vibe of Shantel here, funky rhythms and melodies from the Bukovina region but in a way never heard before bringing together music for a great time for everyone that loves a great groove and as the bands motto goes ‘Damn Fun’ at its heart. Live the band kicks up a storm and in recorded form they draw on a multitude of great musicians in fact both live and recorded its breath taking ….

Their repertoire with an array of awesome acoustic musicians draws on their roots but with red hot beats and samples provided by ultra producer Konstantin, you’ll be driven along a Balkan highway to the dance floor and will find them quite irresistible. Their latest CD ‘MR VLAD’ is out now.
